“MIND … AND … MEDITATION” Restless Waves of The Mind : Ancient Seers of India gave the term… ‘ Chitta ‘ …to the Restless Waves of the Mind. What is the procedure of doing Anapanasati Meditation

What is the procedure? Hands should be clasped and all fingers should go into all fingers The feet should be crossed The eyes should be closed Observe the normal natural breath Note – Any comfortable sitting posture can be taken… The posture should be as comfortable as possible…It is not at all necessary that we should squat on the ground… You can perfectly prefer a comfortable sofa… 

What is Anapanasati Meditation

What is Anapanasati Meditation? ‘Ana’ means ‘In-Breath’  ‘Apana’ means ‘Out-Breath’ ‘Sati’ means ‘Be With’ In “Anapanasati Meditation“, the attention of the mind should constantly be on the normal, natural breath. The task on hand is effortful, joyful oneness with the breath. No ”mantra” to be chanted… no form of any ‘ deity ‘ to be entertained in the mind… no hathayogic pranayama like ‘ kumbhaka ‘.. holding the breath.. should be attempted.

By doing spiritual healing does one generate good karma or brings on to itself the negative karmas of persons whom we heal.

  We do healing for some problem or for some disease. We all know why do we get problems. We get problems because of our bad karmas, isn't it. When we give healing, we have to accept others karmas otherwise it is not complete. Hence it is advised not to give healing to anyone as we will have to accept their karmas in order to dissolve the problems.      If a person took birth to eliminate his karmas, if u give healing then it would interfere in their karmas. They took many lifetimes to come to a point where they can eliminate their karmas. By interfering u will create only bad karma. If u don't interfere, then actually u are helping them to dissolve their karmas on their own     T hat does not mean that u run away from your physical responsibilities or to be insensitive...U have to teach them Meditation      By giving healing you are making them dependent. Once people know that U suffer because of your own karmas then and only then they will not do bad karmas.      So we need t
